3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account

4. WorkCredits and Payments

WorkCredits are a virtual currency used to access premium features:

  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Credits do not expire
  • Credits cannot be transferred to other users
  • Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to circumvent payment requirements
  • Reverse engineer or copy our AI technology
  • Use automated tools to access the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by WorkBridge AI GmbH and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

WorkBridge AI provides guidance based on AI analysis and publicly available information. We are not liable for decisions made based on our recommendations. Our service does not replace professional legal, immigration, or career advice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE EMPLOYMENT, VISA APPROVAL, OR DIPLOMA RECOGNITION OUTCOMES.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
